Heathrow Community Trust is pleased to be open for applications in 2024.

For 2024, Heathrow Community Trust will offer funding for up to two years for projects applying for £5,000 per year and over. Organisations may still apply for single-year funding for any amount up to our maximum grant value for one year and applications for £4,999 or less must be for one year only.
Communities Together Small (grants of up to £5,000 per year) has two rounds in 2024. Round 1 opens on 3 January and closes on 6 March. Round 2 opens on 1 July and closes on 3 September.
Communities Together Large (grants of up to £15,000 per year) has one round in 2024, which opens on 28 March and closes on 30 May.

Our Environment and Sustainability grant programme (grants of up to £15,000 per year) has two rounds in 2024. Round 1 opens on 15 January and closes on 18 March. Our Projects for Young People grant programme (grants of up to £15,000 per year) has two rounds in 2024. Round 1 opens on 5 February and closes on 9 April. Round 2 opens on 1 August and closes on 3 October. More information can be found in Projects for Young People.
Our Heathrow Active People Initiative (HAPi) and Matched Funding programmes for Heathrow colleagues has two rounds in 2024. Round 1 opens on 19 February and closes on 22 April. Round 2 opens on 2 September and closes on 4 November. More information can be found in Heathrow Active People Initiative.
Improve young people’s lives by increasing their resilience, raising their aspirations and breaking barriers to employment.
Projects which improve the environment for the community, providing community green spaces or raising awareness of environmental issues, or improving the sustainability of community buildings.
Bring people together, improve inclusion into the community and find ways to care for nature and the environment in the area.
Heathrow employees are encouraged to actively volunteer for charities and community groups working in their local communities, the Trust supports this with a grant programme awarding up to £2,500 to charities for projects involving Heathrow colleagues volunteering.
Employees of Heathrow Airport Limited are also supported in their fundraising for charity by a Matched Funding scheme in which the Trust will match funds raised.
Local development grants: Grants of up to £10,000 are available to community interest groups and charities in the areas surrounding Heathrow to carry out work to investigate need in an area, or undertake environmental audits or planning applications.
