The additional terms applicable to sales of those products and services will be brought to your attention before you make an order.

3.1 We endeavour to ensure that the flight information contained on this Website is accurate and up to date.

3.2 With regard to flight arrivals and departures, please note that the flight arrivals and departures screen contains the scheduled arrival and departure times of most flights. We can only update the flight arrivals and departures screens once the airlines have told us that a particular flight is early, delayed or cancelled. Therefore we are not in a position to guarantee the accuracy of that information. We always advise telephoning the airline in advance if you have concerns that a particular flight may have been cancelled or seriously delayed.

3.3 With regard to flight destination and timetable information available on this Website, we do our best to ensure that this is accurate and up to date, but we are reliant on the airlines and other third parties advising us of any changes. 14.2 If you are a business, these Terms, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed in accordance with English law and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales save as for where Regulation (EC) 2007/864 applies.

15.1 Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
